Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for scheduled time, cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments may incur a fee of 75% of the service. Please send a message if you are running behind - late arrivals may experience a shorter service or need to be rescheduled. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
